3. Democrats have an overwhelming majority in both the 13th and 14th districts because Republicans have lumped them into one district
4. The 1st district, as it is split 50-50
5. It is the least compact congressional district in the country
6. 5, Obama won the state by five points
7. 3, 9, 11, 13
8. It is 100% Republican
9. Boehner, they had to keep him in the House because he was the Speaker
10. North Carolina, as it has the most irregular district shapes.
